Signature Drink- Camille
The Camille has been one of Rodin’s most popular drinks since the French-inspired eatery opened in Detroit earlier this year. Named for Auguste Rodin’s lover, Camille Claudel, the cocktail is a “really well-balanced drink,” says Rodin bartender Melanie Mack.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Tanqueray gin
0.5 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz. Green Chartreuse liqueur
A splash of fresh-squeezed lemon juice
A splash of simple syrup
CREATE:
Put all into a tumbler, shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a thin lemon wheel.
