Signature Drink- Raspberry White Russian
On early spring nights, a creamy drink can be just the thing to counter the chill. Try this raspberry White Russian, courtesy of Marquette’s Wild Rover Irish Pub. Bartender Erica Kaye whipped up this twist on a classic one night and found customers couldn’t get enough.
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. of raspberry vodka
1 oz. Kahlua
4 oz. half and half
CREATE:
In a tall rock glass, pour 1 oz. of raspberry vodka followed by 1 oz. of Kahlua.
Fill the glass with ice.
Top off with half and half.
Pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously and strain into the glass.
