Signature Drink- Voodoo Doll Martini
The Voodoo Doll Martini is a longtime favorite at Bath City Bistro in Mount Clemens, says Molly Biljan, the bistro’s head bartender. “It’s just the blend of flavors- it’s not too strong, but more of a subtle flavor with sweetness,” Biljan says. “And it’s pretty. It’s one of those drinks-they have one, and they want a couple of them.”
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Bacardi Razz rum
0.5 oz. raspberry liqueur
A splash of cranberry juice
A splash of sour
CREATE:
Combine all ingredients.
Shake well and pour into a chilled glass.
Add a frozen raspberry for a floating garnish.
