Crystal Meeting + Crystal Fun = Crystal Success

At Crystal Mountain in Thompsonville, meetings are more than just meetings. Yes, it’s an exceptional place to talk serious business. But it's what you can enjoy after your agenda is complete that sets this place apart. No matter the season, there are plenty of great ways to spend your quality time at Crystal Mountain.

Meeting locations don’t get much more scenic than northern Michigan, and Crystal Mountain is one of the area’s most beautiful spots. This four-season resort provides plenty of activities, including exceptional skiing and two highly rated championship golf courses. And within a short drive, there’s even more to see and do, courtesy of Mother Nature – most notably, some of the most beautiful coastline in the world along Lake Michigan.

With plenty of well-appointed meeting rooms, flexible seating, and excellent audiovisual presentation systems, the Crystal Center can comfortably accommodate up to 300 people (and it’s accessible and ADA compliant). Break-out meetings can be indoors or outdoors, within the charming Crystal Mountain village or at the Michigan Legacy Art Park amphitheater surrounded by towering pine trees. Work can be stressful, but Crystal Mountain never is.

More than 250 room options – suites, condos, hotel rooms, townhomes and resort residences – are available at Crystal Mountain. And whether your accommodations are perched alongside a ski slope or in the heart of the village, members of your group (and their family and friends, if lucky enough to attend) will never be more than a few steps away from work, play or pure relaxation.

For meetings, Crystal Mountain offers group activities you won’t find at many other venues:

  • Private chairlift rides
  • Private Alpine slide rides
  • Mountain-top cocktail receptions
  • Outdoor dining venues
  • Campfires
  • Horse-drawn surrey rides through the village

We’d love to add one or more of these to your meeting’s schedule of events.

When not in meetings, guests can enjoy Crystal Mountain’s seasonal activities:

  • Skiing and snowboarding (58 downhill slopes)
  • Two championship golf courses, both rated ★★★★ by Golf Digest
  • Tennis
  • The award-winning Crystal Spa
  • Peak Fitness Center and Indoor Pool
  • Biking
  • Fat tire biking, in winter
  • Ice skating
  • Snowshoeing
  • Hiking
  • Alpine slide
  • Michigan Legacy Art Park
  • Archery
  • Edge adventure course and zipline
  • Climbing wall
  • Outdoor pool and hot tub

We can also help our guests make arrangements to enjoy other warm-weather activities in the area, including kayaking, canoeing, and tubing.

Unwind peacefully and enjoy organic treatments at Crystal Spa, one of the finest spas in North America and, according to Spas of America, best in Michigan. Find balance and energy in a yoga or strength class at the Peak Fitness Center. It’s all about connecting to a healthier you.
